Gift a 4 pack of beer to an essential worker 

The good people working in our essential services have always been there for us. 

Here's a chance to thank them for their courage, their care and their generosity in keeping us safe and keeping our country going during the COVID-19 pandemic - by shouting them a local craft beer. 

In the first 30 days of 'A Good Beer Always Helps' we asked Aussie essential workers to register for a gift of local craft beers - and 10,000 said 'yes please!'

Now it's our aim - with the support of grateful Aussies, our generous business community and our brewery partners, to shout every single one of them a well deserved round of beers.

Donate now to shout them a beer and send them a message of gratitude - it's Australian for thank you!

We're packing and delivering gifts of beer to our 10,000 registered essential workers on a first come, first served basis, as we receive donations.

And thanks to generous Aussies, our independent craft brewery partners have already delivered over 1,200 4 packs. 

‘A Good Beer Always Helps’ is supporting independent craft breweries in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and the ACT - many of whom are doing it tough right now after social distancing regulations meant they had to close their taprooms and bars. 

So when you gift an essential worker a 4 pack of beer you're also helping local independent craft breweries too.

Social enterprise beer company, The Good Beer Co,  is coordinating the campaign and has teamed up wih the following independent craft breweries - all of whom share our values and our commitment to doing good with good beer:

Here's how you can send a gift to an essential worker:

1. Select your donation and leave a personal message

2. Enter your payment details

3. Share your donation and the campaign on social media

4. One or more of the 10,000 essential workers who has registered will receive your 4 pack and message at random

5. We allocate your 4 pack to a local independent craft brewery and they deliver the beer

"A Good Beer Always Helps" was inspired by our good mates and fellow social enterprise beer company, Brewgooder in the UK. They created the #oneonus campaign to shout NHS workers a four pack.

How Does This Work?

It's simple - Australians donate the cost of a 4 pack and submit a message of support, and one of our 10,000 registered essential workers receives a gift of beers to say thank you.

‘A Good Beer Always Helps’ gives the order to one of our local independent craft brewery partners,  pays for a 4 pack from their core range of beer, and for the cost of delievery too, they send the essential worker the beer, together with a message of thanks.   

Australians get to say thank you to an essential worker and help support a local independent craft brewery too.

What does my donation cover?

A donation of $20 covers the costs incurred to brew, pack and deliver a 4 pack of beer and message to an essential services worker. The Good Beer Co, Pozible and the independent craft breweries are not making any profit from this initiative. So Australians who donate can be assured their donation is going straight to our essential services workers.

We are collecting donations from grateful Australians who want to say thank you all day, every day.  But we have 10,000 essential workers registered so it's first come first served. You will receive your gift of a 4 pack of beer when we match you with a donation.
